These Terms of Service govern all residential and commercial cleaning services provided by Take Care Cleaning Inc. (DBA Take Care Cleaners) in Toronto, Ontario. By booking, scheduling, or accepting services, you agree to the following terms.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Take Care Cleaning Inc. (“Take Care Cleaners,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SMS messaging services to customers who have requested information, booked cleaning services, or opted in through our website, booking forms, or other communication channels.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling updates or changes
• Service notifications
• Customer support communications
• Follow up messages regarding services
• Review requests
• Operational notifications related to your service

Opt in is collected through website forms, booking forms, or direct customer consent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation Instructions

You may cancel SMS communications at any time.

To unsubscribe, reply:

STOP

After sending STOP, you will receive confirmation of your unsubscribe status. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

To re subscribe, submit a form or request service again through our website.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.

Our messaging service supports major Canadian and U.S. carriers, including but not limited to:

• AT&T
• Verizon
• T Mobile

Carrier participation may change without notice.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and participate in SMS communications.

Acceptance of Terms

This website and services are owned and operated by Take Care Cleaning Inc.

By accessing our website, requesting services, or booking cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

 

1. Acceptance of Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service with Take Care Cleaners, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms, together with your booking confirmation and invoice, constitute the full agreement between the client and Take Care Cleaners.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Scope of Services

Take Care Cleaners provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Condo cleaning
• House cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move in and move out cleaning
• Recurring maintenance cleaning
• Light commercial cleaning

Services are performed according to the agreed scope at time of booking.

3. Services Not Included

The following are not included unless specifically agreed in writing:

• Organizing or decluttering
• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Hoarder level cleaning
• Biohazard removal
• Mold remediation
• Pest removal or extermination
• Exterior window cleaning
• Cleaning at unsafe heights
• Animal waste or bodily fluids

We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions exceed the agreed scope.

4. Access to Property

Clients must ensure:

• Safe and legal access to the property
• Functional electricity and water
• Secure containment of pets
• Clear communication regarding entry method

If the cleaner cannot access the property within 30 minutes of arrival, a $50 lockout fee will apply. After 30 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and charged at up to 50 percent of the scheduled service.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value our cleaners’ time and schedule accordingly.

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50 percent service fee.
• Same day cancellations or no shows are charged 100 percent of the service fee.

Rescheduling within 48 hours may be treated as a cancellation.

Recurring clients must provide at least 7 days notice to cancel future recurring services.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the size, condition, and type of service booked.

If the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was described at booking, we reserve the right to:

• Adjust the price
• Reduce the scope
• Reschedule with revised pricing
• Decline service

Payment is processed via card on file. A pre authorization hold may be placed up to 48 hours before service. Final charges occur after service completion.

All prices are subject to applicable HST.

7. Safety and Working Conditions

For the safety of our cleaners:

• We do not use client supplied ladders beyond safe step stool height
• We do not lift items over 25 lbs
• We do not clean in unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary environments
• We do not handle sharp objects or exposed needles

If unsafe conditions are present, service may be paused or terminated without refund.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will return to address missed areas within 48 hours where reasonably possible.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Items outside agreed scope
• Dissatisfaction reported after 48 hours
• Normal wear and tear
• Pre existing damage

Our guarantee applies only to the originally agreed service scope.

9. Damage and Liability

Take Care Cleaners is fully insured.

However:

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
• We are not liable for pre existing damage
• We are not liable for improperly secured items
• We are not responsible for fragile items not disclosed prior to service

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific cleaning service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages.

10. Keys and Entry Codes

Clients providing keys or codes do so at their own discretion.

In the rare event of key loss, liability is limited to $100 per location.

11. Recurring Services

Recurring services are scheduled weekly, bi weekly, or monthly.

Recurring pricing assumes ongoing maintenance level cleanliness. If the home condition significantly changes, pricing may be adjusted.

Failure to maintain recurring schedule may require a reset deep clean rate.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

• Unsafe conditions
• Harassment or inappropriate conduct
• Non payment
• Severe infestation
• Scope misrepresentation

13. Marketing and Documentation

We may take non identifying before and after photos for internal quality control and training purposes.

We will never publish photos without written consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
